Hi, I’m Treena. I am a Certified Level 5 MELT & Neurostrength Instructor, Certified Stott Pilates Instructor and trained in Garuda and TRX. After discovering the MELT Method in 2018 and noticing how good my body felt, I immediately began my journey with MELT.

Now I incorporate MELT into all my classes which helps the body move better. When not teaching classes you can find me biking, hiking, golfing or on a road trip. I have always had a passion for movement and I’m so happy to be bringing you safe and effective MELT classes at home.
